Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times We work with external suppliers (dropshipping). Estimated delivery times are:

• Belgium & the Netherlands: 5–10 business days
• Other EU countries: 7–14 business days
• Outside the EU: 10–21 business days

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the supplier and country of origin.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Customs and Import Duties For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products Shipped by Third Parties Some products are shipped directly by our suppliers from their location. This does not affect the quality or warranty of your order.
